That’s why our Diabetic Foot Care services are performed exclusively by the podiatrist in a fully sterile medical setting. We follow strict clinical protocols to protect against infection, manage calluses safely, and support overall foot health. Whether you need gentle routine maintenance or more comprehensive care, you can feel confident knowing your feet are in expert hands with someone who understands the medical implications of diabetes. Choose the level of care that’s right for you below: Basic Diabetic Medical Pedicure 30 Minutes – $80 A gentle, safe maintenance service designed for diabetic patients. Includes sterile nail care, medical-grade antifungal soak (if deemed safe), light exfoliation, and advanced skin barrier repair moisturizer to support skin health. Comprehensive Diabetic Medical Pedicure 60 Minutes – $125 Comprehensive diabetic foot care with extra attention to problem areas. Includes sterile nail maintenance, extended medical-grade antifungal soak (if deemed safe), aggressive callus treatment for painful calluses (where safe), urea therapy for deep moisturizing and exfoliation, and advanced skin barrier repair moisturizing. The clinic is out of network with insurances, and Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare. However, for private insurances (not Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare) we can provide a superbill that you can use to submit to your insurance as out-of-network. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
