We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. By accepting the terms for a new consultation through our website, or via phone for a new appointment, you accept our no-show, and late cancellation policy which states: No-showing, or cancelling your free consultation within 24 hours, will forfeit your free consultation, and $150 will be required to re-schedule the consultation. No-showing a follow-up appointment, or cancelling within 24 hours, will incur a non-refundable fee of $125 that is added to your outstanding balance. If you are more than 15 minutes late to any appointment, the appointment is a missed appointment, and will incur penalties.
