Service Description

Up to 60 Minutes – $125 A medical treatment for severely dry, cracked, or painful heels, performed entirely by the podiatrist. This service focuses on restoring skin integrity, reducing pain, and removing thick, compacted heel skin safely and effectively. May also include basic nail care, and other foot exfoliation similar to a medical pedicure. What to Expect 1. Clinical Exam – Assessment of heel thickness, fissures, pain points, and underlying causes. 2. Deep, Safe Foot Soak – A controlled medical-grade soak to hydrate and prepare the skin. 3. Clinical‑Grade Urea Softening – High‑strength urea is applied to further soften compacted keratin and reduce fissure tension. 4. Mechanical & Sharp Debridement – Precise removal of thick, dry, or cracked skin using sterile instruments - not spa instruments. 5. Barrier Repair Moisturizer – A ceramide‑rich medical moisturizer restores the skin barrier and locks in hydration. Please note: most patients are positioned lying on their stomach for comfort and optimal access to the heels. The clinic is out of network with insurances, and Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare. However, for private insurances (not Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare) we can provide a superbill that you can use to submit to your insurance as out-of-network. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
