New Patient Medical Pedicure: 90 minutes · $145 Required for anyone who has not been seen here before. Includes: Medical history and foot assessment. Treatment plan and home-care guidance. Full clinical pedicure (soak and deeper skin/callus work as needed). No nail color. Returning clients only: Basic Dry Medical Pedicure — 30 min · $90 Healthy, non-painful feet. Waterless. Light smoothing only. Premium Medical Pedicure — 60 min · $125 Very dry skin or callus. Includes clinical soak, keratolytic treatment, and deeper smoothing. No open cracks. Premium+ Medical Pedicure — 90 min · $145 Cracked heels, keratolytic treatment, painful or heavy callus, or extra time needed. First visit? Book New Patient Medical Pedicure. That visit is longer because we take a history, examine your feet, and treat what we find. Been here before? Choose Basic, Premium, or Premium+ based on your feet today — not the shortest time. We do not apply nail color. We are out of network with all insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TennCare. Private insurance: we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA accepted.
