Many of our patients come to us after disappointing or even harmful experiences at regular nail salons. At our podiatry practice, every Medical Pedicure is performed by the podiatrist in a sterile, medical environment. We use hospital-grade sterilization, advanced techniques, and clinical expertise to safely treat thickened nails, painful calluses, and other foot concerns — without the risks associated with standard salons. Whether you need routine maintenance or more intensive care for problem areas, you’ll receive personalized treatment designed to improve both the health and comfort of your feet. Choose the option that fits your needs below: Basic Medical Pedicure: 30 Minutes – $80 A focused maintenance service for healthy feet. Includes sterile nail trimming and shaping, a therapeutic medical-grade antifungal soak, light callus smoothing, and advanced skin-barrier repair moisturizer. No nail color is applied. Advanced Medical Pedicure 60 Minutes – $125 Our most thorough medical foot care treatment. Includes sterile nail care, antifungal soak, aggressive callus treatment for painful or thick calluses, mechanical exfoliation, Urea therapy, and advanced skin-barrier repair moisturizer. Recommended for patients needing deeper care. No nail color is applied. The clinic is out of network with insurances, and Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare. However, for private insurances (not Medicare/ Medicaid/ Tenncare) we can provide a superbill that you can use to submit to your insurance as out-of-network. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
